Variables:

1. `y=activity`, radon concentration in pCi/L
1. `floor`, the floor of the house in which the measurement was taken
1. `county`, the U.S. county in which the house is located
1. `Uppm`, a measurement of uranium level of the soil by county
1. `lat`, `lon`, latitude and longitude
1. `pcterr`, percentage error (?)
1. `startdt`, `starttm`, `stopdt`, `stoptm`, start/stop date/time  (?)
1. `cntyfips`, `stfips`, county & state Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS)
1. more details to be provided as we discover them

`XY_radon.csv` contains first half or the records without the `y=activity` values, which need to be predicted using the rest of the observations.
