## Description of datasets

The datasets describes California house price data. The target column is the price as which each house was sold. Features regarding each house is provided including fields such as:  
* Year built  
* Square footage  
* High school score  
* Type of flooring, heating cooling etc.  

## Files provided

Three files have been provided in csv format:

* `train.csv` - the training dataset  
* `test.csv` - predict the sold price for this dataset for submission
* `sample_submission.csv` - a sample submission in the correct format
