The rule said that:</p>\n<p>If every notebook on your topic already has <strong>3 or more comments providing peer-feedback</strong>, you can instead provide peer-feedback on a notebook from a different topic that does not yet have 3 comments on it.</p>\n<p>Therefore, you don't have to necessarily find a notebook with no comments at all! perhaps you can start with my notebook <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/code/muhammadirfanakbar/data-centric-ai-the-underdog-game-changer-in-ai\" target=\"_blank\">here</a>? :) mine also belongs to the \"others\" category and although having some comments, I haven't received any peer-feedback comments so far. </p>\n<p>Thank you :D </p>",
