## Your Task
**Input**: low-resolution RGB image (h×w×3) obtained by bicubic downsampling of the CIE‑1931 RGB rendering of the scene; h = H/s, w = W/s with a fixed factor s (e.g., 2× or 4×).

**Output**: high-resolution hyperspectral reflectance cube (H×W×61) in [0,1], covering 400–1000 nm at 10 nm steps. Jointly upsample spatially by s and expand spectrally from 3 to 61 bands.

## Data
- Diverse everyday objects; indoor lighting near D65; reflectance-normalized.
- Ground truth: calibrated hyperspectral cubes with 61 bands (400…1000 nm).
- Inputs: RGB synthesized from 400–700 nm via CIE 1931 color matching functions, then bicubically downsampled by factor s. Note: NIR (700–1000 nm) is not directly observed and must be inferred.
- Train/validation splits provided; hidden test for final leaderboard; baselines and evaluation scripts included.
