      "content": "<p>&gt;&gt;&gt; This final project is a part of the 2110446 Data Science and Data Engineering course (2020/2) &lt;&lt;&lt;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Thailand as a nation has a number of polluted cities, some of which are well-known for their levels of smoke and haze. Bangkok has always topped the list of polluted cities, and even Chiang Mai, once acclaimed and lauded as a cleaner and less densely populated version of Bangkok, has recently erupted in terms of emissions, having overtaken Bangkok in 2019, with PM2.5 readings sitting at an annual average of 32.3 g/m3, as opposed to Bangkok's 22.8 g/m3.</p>\n<p>These increases in harmful particles and gases in the air in all of its major cities raise the Air Quality Index (AQI) rating to potentially hazardous levels.</p>\n",

      "content": "<p><strong>Root Mean Square Error</strong> (<strong>RMSE</strong>) is the standard deviation of the residuals (prediction errors). Residuals are a measure of how far from the regression line data points are; <strong>RMSE</strong> is a measure of how spread out these residuals are. In other words, it tells you how concentrated the data is around the line of best fit.</p>\n<p><strong>For every author in the dataset</strong>, submission files should contain two columns: Id and Expected. Please order ID in numbers 1, 2, 3, ... and Expected is PM2.5 predicted values.</p>\n<p>Province in ID must ordered by: Chanthaburi, Chiang Mai, Kanchanaburi, Bangkok, Khon Kaen, and Songkhla. !!!</p>\n<p>The file should contain a header and have the following format:</p>\n<pre>Id,Predicted<br>1,89.8<br></pre>",
