  "content": "<p>​Hello Kaggle Team/Community,<br>\n​I am facing a persistent issue where my notebook environment is not loading the full test dataset.<br>\n​The test_tracking folder clearly contains 18+ video folders.<br>\n​However, my code (even the one using a manual folder list) consistently reports: 3b. 1 Parquet files loaded.<br>\n​I have tried using new notebooks twice and resetting the kernel, but the issue persists.<br>\n​This is causing the submission scoring error because the final submission.csv is only 80KiB instead of the required 30MB.<br>\n​Could you please manually check/reset my notebook's access to the competition data? Thank you.</p>",
