I don't know how feasible is it to 100% be sure someone is cheating (sure they are very suspicious) other than the case of identical code. It doesn't take much effort to rewrite a solution to appear legit, especially with AI. </p>",

But it seems they're all from the same university so my guess is that the competition was used as an assignment for a course. And if you search for the identical code, you will find assignments for a Machine Learning course at the very same university.</p>",
