In this problem, you are building a Large-Scale Biomedical Semantic Indexing model. This task will be based on the standard process followed by PubMed to index journal abstracts with standard Medical Subject Heading (MeSH) terms.

**Goal:** Given an abstract/paragraph from a medical journal, your goal is to assign one or more MeSH terms to it.
