## Evaluating Performance

The evaluation metric for this competition is the [F1 Score](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F-score). The F1 score measures performance by calculating the harmonic mean of precision and recall.

## Submission Format

You will submit your predictions in the same format as the *submission\_template.csv* file on the **[Data](https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/aacc-2022-predicting-pthrp-results/data)** page. This file should have two columns, *PATIENT\_ID* and *PREDICTION*. Your predictions should be a binary (0 or 1), with 0 being a normal PTHrP result. 


The file should contain a header and have the following format:
