  "content": "<p>This competition has really put my computer through its paces!&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Throughout the competition, I have been vexed with data errors.&nbsp; They seemed to arrive after running out of memory&nbsp; (16gb) with Random Forests or whatever I was doing.&nbsp;&nbsp; First I thought there was some storage overlay in the Linux File system, then I thought there was a glitch in my HD controller or a bad RAM chip.&nbsp; Not knowing how to debug, I was thinking I needed a new machine.</p>\n<p>Last night I spoke with the fellow who sold me the box and he suggested I turn off the over-clocking, which he had previously&nbsp; turned on.</p>\n<p>After turning it off, I DO NOT see any significant deterioration in run times and have not seen any new data errors.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Anyone experience similar issues?&nbsp; Has any one else had Data Errors processing these large files?</p>\n<p>Thanks!</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
