  "content": "<p>Dear competition participants,</p>\n\n<p>we have today decided to make a minor change to the competition rules by <strong>disallowing the use of external data</strong>.</p>\n\n<p>The main reason is that for an educational competition, we wish the participants would focus on methods, rather than trying to collect good datasets.</p>\n\n<p>On the other hand, the use of any pretrained networks that are available to all participants is allowed.</p>\n\n<p>I hope you can accept the decision and hope that this does not ruin any of the existing submissions.</p>",

      "content": "<p>Hello, I'm using emsembling some models.\nCreating model with different perspectives, then put the results together made big progress.\nThat's wha't I've done, no pre-trained data used.\n4 models are ensembled - I want to do more and will make better results - but just holding the number of models up to 4 for now.</p>",
