  "content": "<p>I am a student at University. I would like to use the dataset for my KDD class as part of learning data mining using a real time dataset. I would be trying to identify meaningful information from the data by using techniques I will learn in class.</p>\n\n<p>Please let me know whether this is outside legal limits of using the dataset outside the competition.</p>\n\n<p>Thank you for any advice regarding this. We have been expected to submit our choice of dataset by 10th september 2015.</p>",
