  "content": "<p>Hi All,</p>\n<p>Can anyone perhaps offer clarity on the following questions:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>There are many products with negative prices. The description&nbsp;says that negative quantities represent&nbsp;returned items, but there are cases where the quantities are positive and the price is negative.&nbsp;Does anyone know how to interpret this?</li>\n<li>How long is the outcome window considered when calculating the target that's being&nbsp;predicted? In other words, was the consumer given&nbsp;for example&nbsp;3 months to be a return customer and be flagged as such in the data.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Thanks in advance....</p>\n<p>Benji</p>",
