Here we present a dataset with compound activities for live viral infectivity(cytopathic effect) for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The task is to develop a binary classification model to estimate the cytopathic effect. 
## Files

*   **train.csv** - the training set
*   **test.csv** - the test set
*   **sample_submission.csv** - a sample submission file in the correct format

## Important columns

*   `SMILES_stand` - SMILES strings
*   `Label` - Acitivity labels. 1 if active, 0 otherwise.
