3. Overview of the approach
To solve the problem, I copy of the public notebook (Public/Private LB of 1)
and adding solutions for two tasks (Public/Private LB of 3/3).

I export data to Excel and find all filters:

While I reserve failed, I remove filters one by one in the loop.

The therd task is to determine the number of the cluster.

all integers in a loop causes the flag to appear when I send 4.
The data preprocessing process is not used.

The validation strategy has not been implemented.

I use TSNE to plot the embeddings, but I am unable to obtain all the text.
