## 1. TEAM RULES
- Maximum team size: **1** (solo participation only).
- You may not register or submit from multiple accounts.

---

## 2. SUBMISSION RULES
- Maximum **5 submissions per day**.
- Only **1 final submission** will be considered for evaluation.
- Submissions must follow the exact format provided in `sample_submission.csv`.

## 4. USE OF EXTERNAL DATA & TOOLS
- External data is allowed **only if it is publicly available, free, and equally accessible to all participants**.
- Proprietary or paid datasets that are not openly accessible are not allowed.
- Pretrained models may be used if they are freely available to everyone.

---

## 5. USE OF AI & AUTOMATED TOOLS
- **Use of AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) is allowed.**
- AI tools may help with:
  - brainstorming,
  - debugging,
  - explanation,
  - code refinement.
- However, participants must ensure:
  - The final model is **their own work**.
  - AI-generated code is understood and reproducible.
  - The solution is not trivially generated end-to-end without participant involvement.

Automated ML tools (AutoML frameworks) are also allowed as long as:
- The participant has a valid license to use them.
- The final code and methodology can be reproduced and explained.

---

## 6. MODEL & CODE REQUIREMENTS (FOR WINNERS)
Winners must provide:
- The code used to generate the final submission (training + inference).
- A clear explanation of:
  - model architecture,
  - preprocessing steps,
  - hyperparameters,
  - training process,
  - environment requirements.

The provided code must reproduce the submitted predictions.

---

## 7. LICENSE FOR WINNING SUBMISSIONS
Winning participants grant the competition host a **non-exclusive, royalty-free license** to:
- use,
- reproduce,
- and display
the winning solution for research, educational, and promotional purposes.
