# About the Challenge

Sentiment analysis is a crucial component in understanding customer opinions and feedback. While this technology has advanced significantly for languages like English, Bangla - spoken by more than 230 million people worldwide - still lacks robust sentiment analysis resources.

## Dataset (Public)
The competition dataset consists of 100+ carefully curated Bangla text samples. 

## Dataset (Private)
Private dataset will be complex uncleaned and imbalanced do your best for handle the complex scenarios by your model. Best of luck.

Each entry contains:
- Text in Bangla related to banking and company services
- A sentiment label (positive, negative, or neutral)

The training data has been designed to cover various aspects of customer interactions, including:
- Service quality feedback
- Product reviews
- Customer support experiences
- General inquiries
- Feature requests
