This is the first AIS Competition for the 2022-2023 academic year. It's open to all high school students interested in machine learning. 

What factors determine the prosperity of a neighborhood? Why are house prices so different among different states? Apparently, there is more to the story than simply population density. In this competition, you are challenged with predicting the median housing prices of neighborhoods based on various factors such as employment, income, and education. Try your best, stick to the rules, and have fun!
