training data: training data is the knowledge that you know, you should use it to predict you testing data.
testing data: data you know part of it, and you need to predict missing value in the testing data, in the challenge of this week. It is the SYMPTOMS.
sample submission: the format you should submit, make sure the id is the same id in the testing data.

submit as sample submission and make sure the id match with your prediction. When you submit, you can find you score and ranking based on part of your predictions but not the final score.
