      "name": "Evaluation",
      "content": "The evaluation metric for this competition is [Macro F1-Score](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F-score). The F1 score, commonly used in information retrieval, measures accuracy using the statistics precision `p` and recall `r`. Precision is the ratio of true positives `tp` to all predicted positives `tp+fp`. Recall is the ratio of true positives `tp` to all actual positives `tp+fn`. The F1 score is given by:\n$$F1 = 2{p\\.r \\over p\\+r}$$\n$$where, p = {tp \\over tp\\+fp}, r = {tp \\over tp\\+fn}$$\n\nThe F1 metric weights recall and precision equally, and a good retrieval algorithm will maximize both precision and recall simultaneously. Thus, moderately good performance on both will be favored over extremely good performance on one and poor performance on the other.\nMacro F1-score calculates the F1 score for each class in the dataset and takes the average which is unweighted.\n\n## Submission File\nFor each 'id' in the test set, you must assign a sentiment score on the scale of 1-5. The file should contain a header and have the following format:\n\n `id`,`sentiment`\n 684,5\n 715,1\n 552,3\n etc.\n\n**Good Luck!** We wish all participants the best of luck in the challenge. May the sharpest detectives help Anya in her quest to revive her cosmic companion, Gojo, by correctly interpreting the reviews.",

She traced the elusive figure to a location that left her in awe – Planet Vegeta, the fabled home planet of the Goku.\n\nTo reach this extraordinary destination, Anya secured a ticket aboard the UNSC Infinity, a vessel designed for traversing the cosmos. Upon touchdown on Planet Vegeta, she was greeted by a scene she never anticipated.\n\nAmidst the vibrant landscapes of the planet, Anya stumbled upon a bustling shop. The shop, as it turned out, was run by an enigmatic figure who sensed her purpose. A voice resonated, \"I know why you've come here, and I'll assist you in reviving your friend, Gojo. But in return, I require your expertise to bolster my shop business on this planet.\"\n\nThe shopkeeper explained further, \"I've collected valuable data from our customers, and I need your skills to determine whether they were satisfied with our services or not. It's the missing piece I need to improve our business.\"\n\nAnya, recognizing the opportunity to further her mission to revive Gojo, agreed to this cosmic collaboration. Little did she know that this partnership on Planet Vegeta would introduce her to a new challenge – decoding customer satisfaction data in an alien environment.\n\nAnya, armed with her data expertise, stepped into the world of intergalactic customer feedback, ready to assist the mysterious shopkeeper and bring Gojo back from his celestial slumber. The fate of her cosmic companion rested on her shoulders once again, and she was determined to succeed, but She needed your NLP expertise.",
