# Dataset Description

<p>With million of apps around nowadays, mobile app analytics is a great way to understand the existing strategy to drive growth and retention of future user. This data set contains more than 7000 Apple iOS mobile application details, e.g. size, price, genre, rating_count, description and etc. The data was extracted from the iTunes Search API at the Apple Inc website. The goal is to predict whether the overall rating for the app is more than 4 stars (1=yes, 0=no), which we think it a very good app.</p>

<li><strong>app_train.csv</strong> - the training set</li>
<li><strong>app_test.csv</strong> - the test set</li>
<li><strong>sample_submission.csv</strong> - a sample submission file in the correct format</li>

<li><strong>rating_count_tot</strong> - User Rating counts (for all version)</li>
<li><strong>rating_count_ver</strong> - User Rating counts (for current version)</li>
<li><strong>ver</strong> - Latest version code</li>
<li><strong>cont_rating</strong> - Content Rating</li>
<li><strong>prime_genre</strong> - Primary Genre</li>
<li><strong>sup_devices.num</strong> - Number of supporting devices</li>
<li><strong>ipadSc_urls.num</strong> - Number of screenshots showed for display</li>
<li><strong>lang.num</strong> - Number of supported languages</li>
<li><strong>vpp_lic</strong> - Vpp Device Based Licensing Enabled</li>
<li><strong>desc</strong> -  Application description</li>
<li><strong>rating</strong> -  Whether the overall user rating is above 4 stars or not (1=yes, 0=no)</li>
