#COMPETITION RULES

1. Introduction: These rules (hereinafter “Rules”) govern the competition organized by DIY
Healthcare Private Limited (hereinafter “DIY Healthcare”). By entering the competition,
participants agree to comply with these Rules.
2. Eligibility: Participation in the competition is open to individuals and teams, provided they
meet the eligibility criteria specified by DIY Healthcare. Employees, contractors, and
affiliates of DIY Healthcare are ineligible to participate.
3. Competition Objective: The competition involves the use of a dataset provided by DIY
Healthcare to develop AI models for a specified task. Participants will create AI models
based on the data, which will be evaluated according to criteria established by DIY
Healthcare.
4. Data Use: DIY Healthcare will provide a set of data to participants solely for the purposes
of this competition. Participants may only use the data for the creation of AI models as part of
the competition and may not use, share, distribute, or repurpose the data for any other
purpose without prior written consent from DIY Healthcare.
5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the dataset provided by DIY
Healthcare remain with DIY Healthcare. Participants shall have no rights to the dataset
beyond what is granted by these Rules. Any AI model developed by participants during the
competition will be the intellectual property of the participants. However, by participating in
the competition, participants grant DIY Healthcare a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free,
and transferable license to use, modify, and distribute the AI models created during the
competition for research and development purposes.
6. Unauthorized Use of Data: Any unauthorized use of the data provided by DIY Healthcare
will result in immediate disqualification from the competition. Unauthorized use includes, but
is not limited to, copying, distributing, selling, or otherwise disclosing the data to third parties
without prior written permission.
7. Liability: DIY Healthcare shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out
of or related to the competition, the use of the data, or the development of AI models by
participants. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in the
competition and their use of the data comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Disqualification: DIY Healthcare reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole
discretion if it determines that the participant has violated these Rules, engaged in any form
of misconduct, or attempted to unfairly influence the outcome of the competition.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this competition
shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction]
shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Amendments: DIY Healthcare reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time
without prior notice. Any such amendments will be communicated to participants in a timely
manner.

#COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DATA USE AND AI MODEL CREATION

1. Introduction: By participating in the competition organized by DIY Healthcare Private
Limited (hereinafter “DIY Healthcare”), participants agree to comply with the following
Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern the use of data provided for the
competition and the creation of AI models.
2. Data Access and Use: DIY Healthcare will provide participants with access to a dataset
for the sole purpose of participating in the competition. Participants may only use the data for
the creation of AI models related to the competition’s objectives. Participants are prohibited
from using the data for any other purpose, including commercial or personal gain.
3. Data Security and Confidentiality: Participants are required to maintain the
confidentiality and security of the data provided. The data may not be shared with third
parties or published in any form, whether online or offline, without the prior written consent
of DIY Healthcare. Participants are responsible for implementing appropriate security
measures to protect the data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
4. AI Model Creation: Participants will use the data to develop AI models as part of the
competition. Participants must ensure that their AI models do not contain any harmful,
illegal, or inappropriate content and that they comply with all applicable laws and
regulations.
5. Intellectual Property Rights: Participants retain ownership of the AI models they create
during the competition. However, by entering the competition, participants grant DIY
Healthcare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify,
distribute, and publicly display the AI models for research, promotional, or other purposes
related to the competition.
6. No Warranty of Data: DIY Healthcare makes no warranties or representations as to the
accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the data provided. The data is
provided “as is,” and participants assume all risks associated with its use.
7. Prohibited Activities: Participants are prohibited from:
  - Altering, selling, or redistributing the data.
  - Using the data for purposes other than the competition.

  - Engaging in any activities that could harm or misappropriate the intellectual property
rights of DIY Healthcare or third parties.
8. Liability: DIY Healthcare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising out of or related to the competition, the data, or the AI models
developed by participants. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with
all applicable laws in relation to their use of the data and development of AI models.
9. Termination: DIY Healthcare reserves the right to terminate a participant’s access to the
competition and the data if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the participant has
violated these Terms or engaged in any form of misconduct.
10. Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes arising from these Terms or the competition,
such disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hisar shall have
exclusive jurisdiction to resolve such disputes.
11. Amendments: DIY Healthcare reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions
at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and will be effective
immediately upon notification.
12. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge that
they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Participants also agree
to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the data and creating AI
models for the competition.

## Conditions
Appropriate Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be done as per Indian tax laws.
If no participant achieves a score above 0.80, no prize money will be awarded.
Prize money will be disbursed to the winner within one month of the announcement of the final results.
The winner must provide a valid method of contact (email, phone number, etc.) for prize distribution. Failure to provide contact information within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the prize. There may be a delay of disbursement of money in case of ineffective communication.
