  "content": "<p>Energy consumptions data need  following features as well:</p>\n\n<p>-<strong>Month</strong>:   Buildings consume different energy depending on the months.  Education based buildings are <em>closed in certain months</em>. Malls operates all the months.   Further <em>Weather</em> conditions depend on the months .\n-<strong>Geolocation</strong>:  Hill, sea side and inland based locations consume different energy band.</p>\n\n<p>I will appreciate if data are updated to include these features.  Time series play important role in this.  So spotting season and trend is inevitable.</p>",

All else being equal a simple rectangular \"box\" will have better retention than one that's spread out with various wings. I guess that the total area (e.g. in square feet) of exterior walls would be one way to characterize this.</p>",
