  "content": "<p>Can't wait to see (in 2 months) how the top models will be used as a simulation or modelling tool for promoting energy efficiency and advance sustainable development in a financially sound manner.</p>\n\n<p>I really hope that, down the road, some of those models will have an impact on the CO2 emission of commercial buildings across North America (or even throughout the world!). I think this competition has the opportunity to make a true impact on climate change :)</p>",

      "content": "<p>On the flip side - always some risk that an accurate model will stop folks from doing the right thing.</p>\n\n<p>If I am charged with deciding on upgrading my building I need to determine cost and than estimate savings.  Having done this type of work on occasion in the past I will confess to guessing the savings to be large enough to justify the project.  </p>\n\n<p>If I have a model that does accurate job than I might not be able to justify cost.  The truth should set you free, but sometimes ........</p>",
