      "content": "<p>Victor - late submissions are for completed competitions to allow folks to submit and see how they would have done.  So you can generate a model for last year competition, make a submission and see where you would have ranked by way of the leaderboard metric.</p>\n\n<p>But late submissions are only there for your info - as far as I know no metals, tier points, etc.  are awarded.</p>\n\n<p>Since this competition does not end for couple more months late submissions are not applicable yet.</p>",
