We replaced the special characters like(',&quot;,) with nothing in the&nbsp;data and using utf-8 encoding to read the data.<br> <br>Ran the weka jar using the below command<br> java -Xmx2G -Dfile.encoding=utf-8 -jar weka.jar</p>\n<p>Loader: CSVLoader</p>\n<p>Loader attributes: all default values</p>\n<p>Attached the sample data where we are facing issues..&nbsp;</p>",
