  "content": "<p>Hey,<br>\nI found this competition and it seems like a real challenge for me. I haven't done any competition about image tasks yet. My initial thought was to somehow use and fine-tune DePlot or Pix2Struct for solving this. I think I would also use different models for the different types of plots.<br>\nFurther, I thought about using some salience algorithm in preprocessing. Maybe to highlight the crucial parts of the diagram (the tip of the bar plot) to give the model some hints.</p>\n<p>What do you guys think?<br>\nI am eager to know how you approach those task, what you might have tried already and what seemed to work well.</p>",
