"content": "
As you know that the internet should be disabled during the submission. I have a python package which requires a python version >=3.6 and <= 3.10 and my current python version is 3.10.10. I cannot install this package and I spent the whole night trying to install it. I am thinking to downgrade python version to 3.10.0, but I do not know how I should do that with wheels (*.whl). Is there an easier way to downgrade python version when the internet is disabled from the settings of the notebook?
\n
Thank you soooo much for your help
",
