Evaluation Criteria The evaluation of this competition will focus on two key aspects: portfolio performance and risk management effectiveness. Participants' portfolios will be assessed primarily based on their risk-adjusted returns, measured using the Sharpe Ratio. This metric evaluates the excess return per unit of risk, rewarding strategies that maximize returns while keeping volatility low. To ensure comprehensive evaluation, additional performance metrics such as the Sortino Ratio, which considers downside risk, and maximum drawdown, indicating the largest peak-to-trough decline, will also be analyzed. A critical factor in the evaluation is the incorporation of the married put strategy for BTC and ETH. The proposed portfolios must respect the constraint that losses on these assets cannot exceed 3% under the worst-case scenario. Portfolios that fail to adhere to this risk constraint will be penalized. Additionally, diversification will play a key role in the scoring—portfolios that allocate capital across all assets effectively, rather than concentrating excessively on a single asset, will be favored. Together, these criteria ensure that the winning portfolios strike a balance between profitability, robustness, and real-world feasibility.
