Sometimes those that are evaluating your work read only abstract/introduction and conclusion.

In Kaggle, there are some that don't read anything. Easy to check that by comparing number of views/number of votes.

\n

Or competitions Notebooks with many Datasets (e.g. in this Big Data Derby if someone add Titanic/Youtube/Job Salaries and other Datasets that don't even help to train any model, just to be seen and increase the probability of getting more votes. Why mention cabins and transported in this Derby Data?

And those that downvote content without reading anything too. Just for the pleasure to click down in an effort to diminish some users.
