  "content": "<p>Hi!</p>\n<p>I've been trying to understand if the \"purse\" aka the money won by the winning racers is known BEFORE the race begings or it can only be fully calculated AFTER the race (as there might be bets happening during the race as well).</p>\n<p>More accurately, is the <code>purse</code> column in the <code>nyra_race_table.csv</code> computed before or after the actual race?</p>\n<p>Could someone help me on this? ^^ </p>\n<p>Thank you lots!</p>",
