File descriptions

* train_data.npy - the training set. This file can be loaded with the numpy.load method. The resulting array will have 10,000 rows and 3072 columns. Each row contains the RGB pixel values for a single image.
* train_labels.npy - This is a 10,000 entry numpy array containing only 0's and 1's. Zeros indicate that the corresponding entry in
* train_data.npy is not a bird, ones indicate the the corresponding entry is a bird.
