  "content": "<p>Hi All, \nI am trying to factorize the categorical data by the following pandas.factorize method :</p>\n\n<pre><code>for (train_name, train_series) in encoded.iteritems():\n        encoded[train_name], tmp_indexer = pd.factorize(encoded[train_name])\n</code></pre>\n\n<p>Here encoded dataframe to the right side has categorical train and test data</p>\n\n<p>The script has been now running for 8 hours but it has not stopped. \nAny ideas of how  someone else has done it ? </p>",
