Data are packed into csv files containing scattered light, fluorescence spectrum and lifetime of fluorescence signals for every sampled particle, additional features from scattering and lifetime data are also available
File descriptions
Training data
- contains data files named according to data source type along with labels file, corresponding to pollen types
Test data
- in same format as training data, but without labels file
sample.csv
- a sample submission file in the correct format
submission.csv
- the submission file that should be filled in with the results of the classifications
