# Dataset Description

## Call for AiFest'23 attendees: Hamid needs your help

First, meet Hamid, the owner of his own startup called *Bricolo*. <br>
As a business owner, he has a lot of stuff to do, that's why he tends to hire a lot of employees. <br> **BUT**, he has an issue. He thinks that some of his employees are not loyal and are willing to leave their posts! <br>
Hamid provided a dataset of previous employees that left (or not) their jobs during the last period.

### Dataset

It is formed of the following: <br>
 - **satisfied**: means whether that employee was satisfied of his job.
 - **evaluation**: means the result of the evaluation of that employee.
 - **projects**: stands for number of projects that the current employee has been involved in, they are encoded as strings separated by columns.
 - **work_hours**: means the number of work hours of the employee.
 - **total_time_spent**: stands for the number of hours spent on the job.
 - **had_accident**: means whether that employee had an accident in the work previously, or not.
 - **still_working**: means whether that employee is still working for Hamid or not.
 - **got_promoted**: means whether that employee had previously been promoted or not.
 - **department**: stands for the department that the employee is currently working in.
 - **salary_range**: stands for the range of payment that the employee gets at the end of each month.

 ### Target:

 You need to help *Hamid* by predicting which of his employees in the *testing* dataset will be leaving **Bricolo**. 
 
 Train your **Model** on the training dataset then **test** it!
