(Technically, we can't stop anyone from participating, but the prizes will be given only to BYU students, handed out in person.) But we plan to make an open-to-the-public contest after this one concludes.</p>\n<p>This version of the contest gives us a chance to work the bugs out before running a large competition open to the general public. We just want to learn how to host a great competition before opening it up to everyone.</p>",
