OK, so this is CAFA5, and there are papers and other info on what happened at CAFA3 and earlier. However, I can't find any info on what were the results of the last competition i.e. CAFA4. What methods were best in that? Is there a paper or preprint on the results of CAFA4 we can look at?

Here are some models I know: NetGO, deepgo, deepgraphgo, and deepnf. They are not fine-tuned to CAFA though.
