"content": "<p>I am new to protein function prediction-type task i in DS. I was wondering if taxonomy data can be useful is anyway or can be made useful in any way. I tried to find papers/articles online that used such data but couldn't, any pointers would be appreciated. Right now I cannot get past trying different embeddings and then using other dense models later. Kinda stuck in the competition right now.</p>",
