"content": "
I would like to thank everyone for making CAFA5 such a huge success. The energy and enthusiasm from all participants, as evidenced in the discussions, notebooks, and shared data was incredibly heartwarming to observe. I can unequivocally state that your efforts will make a palpable difference in the way that we address the problem of computational function prediction, and we are very grateful for the data and methods that you have shared. The organizers and the bioinformatics community appreciate the efforts that all participants have put into this competition. This has been a marvelous experience for us, so I would like to thank each and every one of you.
\n
As stated in the rules, we will be updating the leaderboard from time to time, based on new experimentally evidence function annotations we will be compiling from public and some private resources. We will eventually provide the final scores on December 21, 2023 (EDITED).
\n
More to come.
",
