  "content": "<p>Has anyone faced the same issue as mine? I submit everyday, and at least one out of 5 times I get an error after 10 hours. Sometimes a submission failed and I re-submitted the same file later and it succeeded. The good news is that submissions are processed independently, so you don't have to wait for the timeout to re-submit. Also, if the timeout occurs before midnight UTC, you will recover that submission. </p>",
