# Dataset Description

<p>Welcome to the Explore Data Science Academy Cape Town property prices regression challenge!

In this challenge, the goal will be to predict the list prices of properties in Cape Town and the surrounding areas.

You will probably have come across other similar competitions; however, what makes this one tricky is the limited data available to contestants. You will only have a total of 11 variables to use to make your predictions.</p>
<p>Participants should be able to answer questions like these after reading the data description: What files do I need? What should I expect the data format to be? What am I predicting? What acroynms will I encounter?</p>
<h2>File descriptions</h2>

<li><strong>sampleSubmission.csv</strong> - a sample submission file in the correct format</li>
