"content": "CCS proudly presents Kaggle Wars an electrifying AI/ML challenge as part of its annual cultural tech fest. Participants will engage in three distinct challenge categories:\n\n1.) Best Insights from Data : Delve into the provided dataset to uncover profound solutions. They are encouraged to utilize additional publicly available datasets to complement the given data, aiming to derive comprehensive insights that can significantly contribute to informed decision-making by stakeholders.\n\n2.) Best Algorithmic Approach : Explore, experiment with, and assess a diverse array of ML/DL algorithms to develop a model capable of delivering accurate, stable, and consistent predictions for the designated target parameter, leveraging other pertinent parameters for optimal performance.\n\n3.) Best Data Visualization : Harness sophisticated data visualization tools and techniques to transform data complexities into visually captivating and insightful graphs and charts. The objective is to convey key insights effectively to diverse audiences in an interactive and easily understandable manner.\n\n\n\n",

Best Insights from Data : The participants will be evaluated on the basis of the overall insights they draw from the data as well as the feasibility, novelty and applicability of their solution in real-time scenarios\n\n2.) Best Algorithmic Approach : Submissions will be evaluated on RMSE(Root Mean Squared Error) between the predicted value and the observed target.\n\n3.) Best Data Visualization : The submissions will be judged on the basis of their insightfulness, interactivity and interpretability \n\n\n## Submission Format\n\n1.) Best Insights from Data : Participants are required to submit a short presentation(maximum 4 slides) describing the overall picture unearthed from data, its impacts, causes etc. as well as relevant recommendations for the stakeholders\n\n2.) Best Algorithmic Approach : For each index in the test set, you must predict a numeric value for the Data_Value variable. The file should contain a header and have the following format:\n\n Index,Data_Value\n 2,0\n 5,0\n 6,0\n etc.\n\n3.) Best Data Visualization : Participants have to submit a document containing all their data visualizations drawn from the given dataset ",
