The evaluation format for the challenges would be as follows:

1.) Best Insights from Data : The participants will be evaluated on the basis of the overall insights they draw from the data as well as the feasibility, novelty and applicability of their solution in real-time scenarios

2.) Best Algorithmic Approach : Submissions will be evaluated on RMSE(Root Mean Squared Error) between the predicted value and the observed target.

3.) Best Data Visualization : The submissions will be judged on the basis of their insightfulness, interactivity and interpretability 


## Submission Format

1.) Best Insights from Data :  Participants are required to submit a short presentation(maximum 4 slides) describing the overall picture unearthed from data, its impacts, causes etc. as well as relevant recommendations for the stakeholders

2.) Best Algorithmic Approach : For each index in the test set, you must predict a numeric value for the Data_Value variable. The file should contain a header and have the following format:

    etc.

3.) Best Data Visualization : Participants have to submit a document containing all their data visualizations drawn from the given dataset
