  "content": "<p>Dear competition sponsor/CDP, <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/paultimothymooney\" target=\"_blank\">@paultimothymooney</a> </p>\n<p>In the  \"Rules\" tab, I find the following text.</p>\n<p>\"DATA ACCESS AND USE: Unless otherwise restricted under the Competition Specific Rules above, you may access and use the Competition Data for non-commercial purposes only, including for participating in the Competition and on Kaggle.com forums, and for academic research and education.\"</p>\n<p>It says that the provided data can be used for non-commercial purposes and I do not find any words saying that the data are restricted.</p>\n<p>So, I just want to confirm that the data (Cities, Corporation, and Supplementary) are really open and I can use the data to practice Data Science and post the results in my blog/portfolio. It is not for a commercial use.</p>\n<p>Please reply and notify me if the provided data are not open.</p>\n<p>Thanks</p>",
