  "content": "<p>I've been investigating the Date_time of the data provided and found out that, within the WT1 data, there are rows with duplicate date times but not the whole row.  The all appear to be in small groups (near each other in the ID and Date_time)  (ID 474065,474067,474073) and (ID 525033, 525041) and (ID 577200, 577204, 577206)  I'm thinking the data needs some additional cleaning…  Hopefully this is useful to everyone.  (WT2, 3, and 4 all have similar behavior)</p>",
