      "content": "<p>I'm not an admin, but the format I have been using is a file with 500 lines all containing a number between 0.0 and 1.0.&nbsp; My submissions have not had a header row.&nbsp; First line corresponds to picture 0, second to picture 1, ... 500th to picture 499.</p>",

I'd probably want to wait until the contest is over, so I could post both the public and private test set with the labels, and put a URL in the tech report.</span></p>",
