  "content": "<p>Hi everyone, first of all this has been my first active Kaggle competition and I wanted to say that I have learned tons from my fellow competitors and am glad such a community exists for data science.</p>\n\n<p>Secondly, I read somewhere in the discussions that the public leaderboard can freeze before the competition ends. Will this happen for this competition?</p>",
