      "content": "<p>Dear <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/zotovaa\" target=\"_blank\">@zotovaa</a> </p>\n<p>I suspect the there has been a slight mis-translation of \"<em>notebook</em>\" for \"<em>laptop</em>\".</p>\n<p>When you have saved your notebook, go to the <strong>Settings</strong> section, and the second selection drop-down is <strong>Visibility</strong>, and change from the default Private to <strong>Public</strong>, then click on the black <strong>Save Changes</strong> lozenge at the bottom of the page.</p>\n<p>Hope this helps!</p>\n<p>All the best,<br>\ncarl</p>",
