It says \"Draft session is starting…\".</p>\n<p>I tried to copy this notebook and tried to start this, but I couldn't and the popup says GPU count is full.<br>\n(However, I can save this notebook.)</p>\n<p>This notebook is \"GPU P100\", and since the competition end is approaching, I am afraid of running out of quotas.</p>\n<p>Could you shutdown this session?
