      "content": "<p>I had the same doubt in earlier competitions. But the best answer is \"Kaggle release private leaderboard just a second after the end of the deadline\". So even the submissions under process or scoring, won't be considered. It's wise to plan your subs to finish at least 30 minutes or an hour before the deadline. All the best</p>",
